State administrative activities for public subjects with regionwide operations, some larger private subjects and subjects headquartered in Usti nad Labem are overseen by the State Regional Archives Litomerice central office. An exception is the Usti nad Labem City Hall and its subordinate organizations, which fall under the jurisdiction of the Usti nad Labem Municipal Archives. Other public and private subjects fall under the jurisdiction of the state district archive for their district.
